With a degree in Early Childhood Education, I started my career as a teacher, working closely with young children every day. Being in the classroom gave me a clear view of how children actually learn—through play, exploration, and interaction—and how that often doesn’t match what traditional classrooms offer.
Saya tidak memasuki dunia pendidikan anak usia dini untuk sekadar mengelola sekolah — saya masuk untuk menyelesaikan sebuah masalah. Di kota-kota seperti Bengkulu dan Bandung, pendidikan anak usia dini yang berkualitas sulit diakses atau tidak menarik. Saya membangun Kids Space dan Meraki House bukan dari panduan franchise, melainkan dari nol.
I began by running small private classes, creating a more personal and flexible learning environment. Both children and parents responded really well, which showed me there was a real need for this kind of approach.
From there, I developed a sensory-based class focused on hands-on exploration and development. What started as a small program grew quite quickly, and it became clear that many families were looking for more meaningful learning experiences for their children.
Yang saya temukan adalah pasar yang tersembunyi di depan mata: orang tua Indonesia semakin selektif, bersedia berinvestasi dalam pendidikan anak usia dini premium, namun tidak mendapat layanan yang memadai dari sekolah-sekolah generik berkualitas rendah. Saya kini telah membangun dua bukti nyata bahwa brand prasekolah yang dipimpin founder dan berbasis sistem dapat dibangun, dioperasikan secara profitabel, dan direplikasi.
That journey led me to open a preschool, where I could bring everything together into a more structured system.
Saya tidak ingin sekadar mengelola dua sekolah. Saya sedang membangun infrastruktur untuk brand pendidikan yang dapat diskalakan — dan saya mencari mitra yang melihat peluang yang sama dengan saya.
Now, I focus on building education programs and schools that are not only meaningful for children, but also sustainable and ready to grow.
